Mathare North Youth Organization (MANYO) is a youth led and youth serving organization based in Mathare North, Nairobi. MANYO’s programs are designed from proper research and needs assessment. The interventions and mitigation efforts are tailored to alleviate the suffering of those most in need. MANYO encourages a new model of leadership that represents a global vision of warm heartedness towards all people regardless of the social status. We encourage leadership that goes beyond the pursuit of self-interest and towards a moral vision of working collectively for the well-being and prosperity of all.
To raise the socio-economic status of youth and women by engaging them in gainful and skills building for service to the community.
To identify, engage and empower the youth and help them to become part of a meaningful citizenry in Kenya.
We envisage an empowered and responsible Kenyan youth.
Our areas of focus and programming cuts across, through vision 2030 which is the economic blueprint for the Government of Kenya and the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals that seeks to improve the quality of life in the human race. They include:

MANYO through the support and partnership with DSW and other community organizations in Mathare, Githurai and Korogocho celebrated the Linda Binti Festival dubbed Linda Binti Festie on the 26th of May 2022 at Mathare North Social Hall. Theme was SRHR for all people especially focusing on girls an young women
Mathare North Youth Organization (MANYO) is a youth led and youth serving organization based in Mathare North, Nairobi. The organization works in Mathare and its environs and the coordination of its activities are conducted from Mathare North Social hall where the organization’s Offices are situated.
